Steph Curry just entered the top-10 in playoff scoring. He has the highest TS% of any player in the top-20, albeit playing mostly in a more offense-heavy era. – 10:58 PM

Brooks has 5. Warriors might do well to get him on Curry down the stretch. Either he fouls out or plays passive so he won’t foul out – 10:51 PM

Curry starts the 4Q. He’s at 30 minutes. So he’ll be over 42 if they play him the entire quarter – 10:38 PM

Steph Curry, catching a rhythm, at 28 minutes with 15 still left. This is around his normal rest time, but any minute without him feels dangerous for GSW right now. They had zero points in his four bench minutes in the first half. – 10:25 PM

Starting today, the NBPA will release three videos on social and digital platforms celebrating Clifton, Cooper and Lloyd. In the respective videos, Celtics guard Jaylen Brown will discuss the impact of Cooper, Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry talks about the influence Lloyd had on him, and New York Knicks forward Karl-Anthony Towns reflects on Clifton. Throughout the upcoming 2025-26 season, the NBA will honor the legacy, courage and determination of the three pioneers who transformed the league and inspired countless individuals. The NBA also plans to host various events and recognitions, including tributes of all three during games and tentpole events, educational programming and activities in their respective communities. The children of Clifton, Cooper and Lloyd hope that it will soon be commonplace that the stories of their fathers will be known by all NBA players. With the three pioneers no longer with us, Chuck Cooper III, Kevin Lloyd and Clifton’s daughter, Jataun Robinson, will be representing their fathers as they are honored next season. -via Andscape / April 25, 2025
“I thought it was a little bit less physical than Game 1,” Draymond Green said. The Warriors made it a point not to complain about Houston’s physicality postgame, instead blaming their poor defense on Jalen Green as the night’s biggest problem, understanding that this series will need to be won in a rugged environment when it restarts in San Francisco. “Actually I might agree with (Draymond that it was less physical),” Curry said. “There were a couple crashes that happened out there, but we know what they’re trying to do — use their size advantage at times to try to bully us. We held up a pretty good fight both games. We just let Jalen get going a little bit and he got free to space. There’s no reason he should get up 18 3s.” -via New York Times / April 24, 2025
